Neurodivergent Yoga focuses on practical ways to work with your nervous system rather than forcing yourself into systems that were never designed for how your brain and body function.
What Neurodivergent Yoga Focuses On
My approach to yoga centers on nervous system support rather than performance or perfect routines.
Practices may include:
• breath practices that calm the nervous system
• simple movement and stretching
• learning how energy and attention fluctuate with ADHD
• pacing and rest
• small daily rituals that support regulation
Most of this work happens off the mat, in everyday life.
