I HIGHLY recommend booking a short meet and greet session before jumping into 1-1 sessions.

We slow things down and focus on what will support you in real life.

Sessions are held online over Zoom.
Each session includes time for conversation, simple breath or movement practices when helpful, and guidance tailored to your nervous system and current needs.
After the session, you’ll receive a short follow-up with any practices or reflections we discussed so you can continue working with them in your daily life.
