Mentorship with me isn’t about quick fixes or forcing you into systems that don’t fit. It’s about creating a safe space where you can explore your rhythms, challenges, and strengths as a neurodivergent human.

I’ll bring 20+ years of experience in yoga, mindfulness, holistic living, and ND support. You’ll bring your lived experience, your questions, and your curiosity. Together, we’ll create something that works for you.
I’ll offer perspectives, tools, and practices rooted in lived experience and holistic wisdom. You’ll experiment with them and see what actually works in your life. Our time together may include:
• Building rhythms of care that fit your life.
• Untangling from “shoulds” and systems that drain you.
• Honoring your energy, attention, and sensitivities.
• Using conversation, reflection, and ND-friendly yoga/mindfulness tools to ground you.

Each session is 60 minutes on Zoom, with a recap email and practices tailored to your needs.

I teach and guide from a foundation of trauma-informed, feminine-empowered Kundalini, yoga for all bodies, mindfulness, breathwork, and flexibility training. I’ll choose practices that feel safe, supportive, and appropriate for you.
No. Our mentoring sessions are not yoga classes. They are dedicated time for us to talk about where you are, what you need, and how to move forward. After our session, I’ll send you personalized recommendations and practices you can explore on your own.

Yes! Many people choose to schedule ongoing mentoring sessions to support their growth and wellness journey. We can discuss what frequency feels right for you.
Refunds are not available for missed meetings. Please contact me at least 24 hours before your scheduled session to reschedule.
