Many yoga teachers want to be more inclusive — but don’t know where to start when it comes to neurodivergence.
This upcoming training will help you:
Understand what neurodivergence actually looks and feels like in a yoga space
Teach with flexibility, sensitivity, and clear boundaries
Adapt practices for attention, sensory, and emotional regulation needs
Create safe, shame-free containers for diverse nervous systems
Deepen your own practice with tools that support all humans, not just the “ideal student”
This will be a trauma-aware, non-performative, and honest look at how to support students who live in the world differently — because accessibility isn't just physical. It's energetic, emotional, and deeply personal.
• For Teachers Who Are: RYT-200 or above
• Curious, open-minded, and unlearning perfectionism
• Willing to explore both practical and spiritual shifts
• Ready to teach people, not poses
Courses will be eligible for Yoga Alliance CE credits
