It’s about having a steady place to slow down, talk things through, and make sense of what your nervous system is actually asking for.

I bring my background in yoga, mindfulness, holistic living, and neurodivergent support.

I offer perspective, reflection, and tools drawn from lived experience and nervous-system-informed yoga and mindfulness.
You try what feels workable and leave what doesn’t.

Making sense of your energy, focus, and sensitivities
Untangling from “shoulds” that drain you
Building rhythms of care that fit your real life
Using conversation and simple body-based practices to ground and orient

After the Meet & Greet, you can choose what feels right:
Single Sessions — $80
For support as needed.
3-Session Package — $210
For steadier support over a few weeks or months.
Each session is 60 minutes online and includes a short recap email with reflections or practices tailored to you.
There are no contracts and no pressure to continue.
After your initial sessions, you can:
Book single sessions when you need extra support
Renew a 3-session package
Choose a seasonal or focused theme if that feels helpful
