You've got questions. I've got answers!
ADHD coaching usually focuses on productivity, habits, or performance.
That’s not what I do.
My guidance focuses on how your nervous system responds to daily life and how to support it without pushing, forcing, or trying to “optimize” yourself.
Instead of asking, “How can I get more done?” we look at:
why your energy and focus fluctuate
how stress and overload show up in your body
what support actually helps you stay engaged without burning out
The goal isn’t to make you more productive.
It’s to help daily life feel more workable and less draining.
Most adults I work with already know what they’re supposed to do.
What’s missing is support that respects their limits.
Managing ADHD here means:
noticing when your system is overloaded before you crash
adjusting expectations instead of pushing harder
using simple, body-based supports to reset attention or energy
building rhythms that fit real life, not ideal routines
This work doesn’t rely on discipline or consistency.
It’s about responding to what’s actually happening in your body and mind.
Yes—if what you want is relief, clarity, and self-trust, not doing more things.
This support can help if:
productivity-focused advice has left you exhausted
you feel like you’re always managing yourself
you want support that works with your nervous system
Yoga here isn’t exercise or or about pushing yourself.
It’s learning to notice what’s happening in your body and respond in ways that reduce stress in daily life.
You’re not alone!
So much ADHD support is built for kids, teens, or parents. A lot of us didn’t get language or support until much later, after years of pushing through, coping, and wondering why things felt harder than they should.
This space and it's offerings are for adults.
Yoga here isn’t about going back and fixing anything you missed. It’s about supporting the nervous system you’re living with now, in the body and life you have now, so things can feel a little steadier and less exhausting.
That was me for a long time too.
I didn’t have clear language at first. I just knew that a lot of wellness advice didn’t work for me, and that my body reacted strongly to stress, pressure, and overload.
You don’t need a label here. The yoga I teach is about paying attention to what your body is already doing in daily life and responding in ways that make things feel more manageable. If you’ve felt like you had to push or override yourself to get through the day, this work will likely feel familiar and supportive.
